any other for any loss in connection with the use of this Website or a

amend the Terms and Conditions of use at anytime. Under no circumstances

Your Statutory Rights
- At Healthy Channels Ltd we want you to be
fully satisfied with every purchase. However:

To cancel an order, please call our Customer Service Team on +44 (0) 207 100 1816 any time 24 hours. Please have your order number and the date the order was placed to hand. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order without charge. If your order has already been shipped you need to follow our return procedures as outlined below.

To return your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from the date you received the item for a full refund or product exchange.

- For products returned to us not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
- Once the product/s has been received back by Healthy Channels Ltd, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than GBP30.00
- Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Please ensure you include a copy of your receipt with your return.
